  6.      This is a brilliant image editing/paint program for DOS. It includes
  7.        many powerful features until now found only in programs costing
  8.       hundreds of pounds. NeoPaint reads and writes 2, 16 and 256 colour
  9.         PCX, GIF and TIFF files. It can even convert between differing
  10.     formats, colours and resolutions. NeoPaint's graphical interface lets
  11.       you view and edit multiple images in adjustable on-screen windows.

  13.       It includes masses of features and comes complete with 12 fonts in
  14.        multiple sizes with bold, italic, underline, outline and shadow
  15.       effects. (Additional fonts are available from OSCS and third party
  16.     vendors.) Outputs to Epson/IBM dot matrix, HP LaserJet, Postscript and
  17.     compatible printers. Supports picture scaling and excellent halftones
  18.      on LaserJet and Postscript printers. Expanded (EMS), extended (XMS)
  19.           and virtual disk memory can be used for very large images.
